This chamber has a heavy duty o-ring sealed door on one end, and a smooth
flange, 20" OD on the open opposite end. It has two 1/2 NPT and one 1" NPT
fittings. The wall thickness is 1/4 inch. T handle screw closer. This could
handle 1 or two psi, as well as vacuum, but it is not code rated.

This chamber opens at both ends, one end is sealed w/full-opening mild steel
cover. The mild steel cover has one 3" ID port & one 3½" ID port. There are
also two LN 2 feedthroughs in it. On top of the chamber is a ss 17½"dia x 16"
high tower w/full opening, dished ss cover. This cover has two 1" ID quick
connects in it. One is on center the other is 4" away. The tower has a 2" ID
side port. The 4" ASA 150# pumping port is located bottom center & has a
¾"quick connect & female ¼" NPT fitting

The jar has a lifting eye and side welded hoist mount. There are
two 2-3/4" Conflat flanges on the top. The sealing surface of the jar is smooth.
The O-ring is in the dished base plate. The ports on the bottom are : 3 KF 40,
one ISO 100 with one KF40 one 3/4 and one 1/2 quick connects. The table

This chamber has a full roll away dished hatch w/ "O" Ring seal which increases
the overall depth to 34". A right angle elbow on the left side of the chamber
terminates in a 10" ASA flange to facilitate diffusion pumping. (Not Included)
There are seven 4" ASA flanges located on chamber- one on the top, one on the
right side, and 5(five) equidistantly spaced on the rear of the chamber
Additionally there is a 2" ASA flange centered in the rear of the chamber &
multiple NPT port at various locations on the chamber circumference. All
flanges are smooth and constructed of mild steel. The main chamber is mounted
on an angle iron stand w/overall height of 74".

This water traced chamber has full-opening "O" ring sealed hinged doors both
front & back. The front door has five 6" OD conflat ports & two 3" ASA ports.
The rear door & the chamber proper has numerous 2 ¾"OD conflat & conflat
compatible ports. The lower left side of the chamber has a 16" ASA port while
the upper right side of the chamber has an additional 16" ASA port.

Chamber has front opening pneumatically assisted sliding aluminum "O" ring
sealed door w/a 4" ID viewport. The process chamber has both a 0-760 mm Hg
diaphragm gauge and a 0-760 mm Hg electronic gauge w/set point. All
interconnect valving is electropneumatic and operation of the system is
semi-automatic. A 14 CFM direct drive mechanical pump is also included. All
components are enclosed in a sturdy compact roll around chassis with overall
dimensions of 74" tall x 20" wide x 30" deep.

This chamber has a full opening, hinged, double "O" ring sealed hatch w/dogs &
a 6" ID viewport. Other ports include a 6" ASA pump port on the bottom - two
additional 6" ASA ports- one on top near door & one midway on the left side,
two 4" ASA ports-one on the top rear & the other on the rear of the chamber.
This chamber can be heated or cooled and is housed in an angle iron frame w/an
overall height of 80".
