The pumping system consists of a NRC/Varian VHS6 diffusion pump rated at 2400 l/s, a NRC 316 series LN2 trap, electropneumatic valve w/sequencer & a 17 CFM mechanical roughing pump.  Temescal TIH270 four pocket E Beam gun without a 6KW supply and combination ion & 2 position thermocouple gauge.
