Balzers 16 Position Tube/Device High Vacuum Bakeout Station. Each position terminates in a 2-3/4" OD CF right angle manually operated UHV valve w/one central pumping system which includes a Balzers TPH330 turbomolecular pump w/solid state frequency converter, & Balzers DUO012A, 11 CFM direct drive two stage mechanical vacuum pump. All central pumping system valving is electropneumatically operated & sequenced. A combination ionization/multi-station pirani gauge is also included Bakeout to 350°C is accomplished by individual temperature controlled 6" id x 6½" deep ss heaters which are electrically raised at each of the 16 positions. This system is totally self contained including air compressor & all components are mounted in a 60"w x 60" d x 65" h roll-around enclosure.
